The Route 238 Corridor Improvement Project (Proposed Project) is intended to improve traffic conditions along Foothill and Mission Boulevard between the I-580 on ramps and Industrial Parkway. The Proposed Project includes changes in circulation, changes in lane directions and controls, a downtown one-way loop street system, improvements to the Foothill Boulevard/Mission Boulevard/Jackson Street intersection, improvements to the Mission Boulevard/Carlos Bee Boulevard intersection and other roadway improvements along Mission Boulevard.
